Summary: Absolutely happy with the staff, particularly Sharon, she is so helpful & has a friendly smile anytime of the day. My only issue was that I was quoted a price in GBP by Expedia but the hotel had a higher rate when converted from USD therefore I paid more than agreed. I also wanted to pay for my stay in ECD, however the payment was taken from my account in advance without authorisation which incurred a charge. It was resolved as the manager was able to refund me & accept ECD, but I did not appreciate the drama

Summary: I loved the location! Perfect for solo travels and not needing much in the hotel. I was constantly busy and was not in the room long mostly to sleep and get ready. I thought the room was ver spacious and the staff were all so friendly! The beach is right across the street.
